Turn your microscope into a powerful data acquisition tool by combining digital photography with TLI Scope software. For use with digital microscopes and digital eyepieces.
Features
Digital microscopes and software are revolutionising microscopy providing access to powerful microscopy tools for use in education and industry.
The two different designs described below represent two approaches to digital microscopy:
These designs are in fact complementary as their applications can be quite different.
Hand Held Digital microscopes are stand alone digital microscopes that provide high quality images. They simply connect to the USB of your PC or Mac, or connect by WiFi to iPads, iPhones and Android. They simply allow you to control magnification and focus while maintaining clear and steady images. These microscopes are most suited to examination of macro objects such as leaves, insects, jewellery, printed circuit boards etc. A range of stands are available to hold the microscope in a fixed position and add additional fine control to positioning the microscope.
Typical Features
TLI Digital Eyepieces are high
resolution digital eyepieces, which replace
traditional eyepieces in most biological and
stereo microscopes. Simply remove the eyepiece
from the microscope and replace it with the
digital eyepiece and then connect it to the USB
port of your computer. These microscopes are
most suited for use with compound biological
microcopes for the examination of slides at
medium to high magnifications. Combine them with
our TLI Scope software to take measurements,
annotate and count.
